“Be the change you wish to see in the world”
These words from Mahatma Gandhi have impacted all of us at Meyers Falls and serve as a reminder in all we do here at the market. We built the CCR because we believe that we can affect positive change in our community. One of the ways to do that is to create a space where people can come together to share knowledge and skills, exchange ideas, and celebrate! We offer a number of different activities in the CCR to help nourish the body, mind and spirit. Refer to the Classes and Events page if you are interested in upcoming classes and for instructor contact information.
Did you know that the CCR is available to rent for almost any small to mid-size gathering? The space is perfect for meetings, pot-lucks, parties, movies, classes, etc!
With the open floor plan and beautiful hard-wood floors, many local instructors are opting to use the Community Room to hold weekly movement or dance classes. We currently host ongoing yoga, tai chi, and qigong classes in the CCR. Refer to the Classes and Events page if you are interested in upcoming classes and for instructor contact information.
